• To Seller : Before putting your house on the market, make sure you already have done your part of works, 1. Declutter all the old things inside and outside the house that you don't want anymore, give them away to charity, friends, or just simply throw them away. 2. You want the buyer to see what your house can offer, keep them clean and tidy as much as possible, lots of time seller cannot let the agent to show their house because they said the house is not in condition to be shown. Seller, you may miss out that buyer who can buy. 3. We want to sell your house, we give you advices and recommendations, but we also need your co-operation to make it a smoother sale. Remember, one way traffic never works. 4. Find out what is your mortgage balance, so we can give you an estimate of your net when the house is sold.
• To Buyer: Before going to look at houses, you need to know how much you can borrow from a lender, that's why you need to get pre-approve first. 1. If you already have an agent working with you, stick to your own agent, don't call the agent on the For Sale sign for showing. Your agent is working for you, so call them instead. 2. If you don't have an agent, then you have to trust your instinct, go to Open House, real estate web site, find someone you think you want to work with. Be honest to tell them you are interviewing for an agent, so they know they are not working with you right away. Ask question, talk to them, see if you like the way they respond, are you comfortable with them. Are they knowledgeable to help you to find what you are looking for. 3. It is a FREE service to a buyer to use an agent, the seller is the one who pays our fee.
